Sides for Steaks!

We've got a steak dinner planned for tonight. There's nothing like a juicy steak on Saturday night with the family, some wine, good music, candles, laughter, and some tasty side dishes.

 And wine. Did I mention wine? A big-ass red, perhaps a cab sauv, a Shiraz or a Barolo. Lord have mercy!
I digress...

 So I was Googling some side dish ideas and came across a whole list of side dish tastiness, which Imma gonna share here with y'all.

 I'm planning to make the Rosemary taters and the glazed carrots.
Wonder what wine goes with them? 🍷

    Yummmmm! Yes to the rosemary roasted potatoes, anytime! Next I'm hankering for the asparagus ribbons or the broccoli. The green bean casserole is tempting but I know better than to indulge my taste for those sesame sticks :D. Great find - I'd try nearly any of these!

      The asparagus ribbons are a cool idea. Also the braised radishes. Very unusual.
